Weird Volk TE37 Offset quiery? Need help quick!

Right, midway through a deal on a set of wheels that i've lusted over for a long time. I don't want to miss out on them but i also don't want to drop a serious £££ on them to be a waste/not the right fitment...Sorry this is the wrong section but i need help ASAP because i gotta make a decision now!

They are extremely rare here in the UK but i've managed to find a set of brand spanking new Volks TE37's in gloss white. Here are the specs:

5x120
19x8.5J Front
19x9.5J Rear
42 offset

The offset is what worries me, i think these were originally spec'ed for an E46?

I have a E92 with EDC at the moment. I guess i'll have to run spacers which i planned on doing anyway along with a stud and lug nut conversion.

Will these fit my car or is it just too far off?

Backed out of the wheels. E46 fitment and would need horrendously large spacers to get them to fit correctly/how i would like

that's a terrible offset for an e46 also
