BMW of Austin SA recommendation?

Hey everyone!

I am a new M3 owner and need to make a visit to BMW of Austin for a small warranty job and my 1,200 mile service. Are there any SAs with whom you have previously had a good experience?

Charles is the best Service Rep. He is a really good guy and he makes sure you are well taken care of. I just got my M3 back with Major warranty work done and my 2008 E92 M3 has 33,000+ miles Ask for Charles and tell him Mr. Perry with the Hamann M3 sent you Here is his Service Advisor # 512-343-3531
