BMW NA Sales Experience Survey
Does anyone know how important the surveys are to the dealership and if you give the dealership bad scores, does BMW NA reveal your identity to the dealership ? I picked up my 2008 M3 last week and I am not too happy with the manager of the dealership.(he gave me wrong info when I ordered the car's options).I would like to get my servicing of my car there b/c its close to home and don't want to deal with any BS when I return if I rip them in the survey.
Thanks |

It's very important, and no it's not anonymous. The people that give my dealership bad reviews get treated like royalty from that point on. There is a financial reason behind all this, but I'm not sure exactly what happens between BMWNA and the dealers.

I gotta tell you, service in Mexico is really, really, really bad!!!!!!!!! Is there anyway we can write directly to BMW NA. I've owed several BMW's and it keeps getting worse. It takes weeks just to get an oppointment for service!! God that is so bad!!!

Ya well, where I get my car serviced ive had 2 ipods stolen and a camera. They cut me a check for them everytmie but its ridicoulous because I have to empty my car out anytime I need service.

Crap!!! But add to that that they took 2 months to service a car and didn't care to even lend me one in the mean time!!!!!!!

From what I understand, it's extremely important.

BT comes with premium for sure. The surveys are very important to them. There is also survey for the service advisor too after you get serviced. Actually everytime if I can recall correctly.

Spent some time with the Audi dealer today the 2008 RS4 cabriolet is in, very nice.
BT, sirius radio satellite are both standard on the 08 RS4 secan and on the cabriolet. DVD based NAV and SD card insert for MP3 audio are optional. |
