Original te37..do you guys have to run hub centric rings

Ok you guys running original te37 NON SL...do you guys have to run hub centric rings???

No, it's been years (I'm guessing 5+) since rings were needed for te37's.

I bought them in 2012 from a vendor on here. Don't know when they were manufactured but they were brand new in the box still. Vibrated badly on first drive, perfect with rings.

I bought a set of 18" TE37's in March or April of '13 and did not need rings.

Spoke to another vendor and it was stated the og te37 do require rings..strange

Running rings as well. TE37s are from 2011.

Maybe I was just unlucky. Even if they aren't hub centric, rings are a quick fix.

Edit: misread your post but still rings aren't a big deal.

It was just throwing me off that the new SL do not require them but tue og's do...

I didn't love the look and I had a local cash buyer so I sold them after about a week...

Hahah... I just like to switch things up to keep the car interesting. It's cheaper than buying a new car

I have OG TEs and they required very thin rings. I got them used so not sure of the manufacture date.
