Adjusting Headlights e92?

I am constantly getting high beam flashed by oncoming traffic. My headlights seem to need adjustment. Anybody know of specs or instructions on how to adjust the headlights properly?

I found this article here but it seems more suggested than official http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=407422

I'm looking for official BMW specs.

Thanks for any suggestions sarcastic or sincere.

I recently had to adjust mine...

-Open hood.
-Locate headlight assembly
-Locate knurled knob on top of headlight assembly
-Turn said knob.
...it's that easy.

If you had springs installed the rear level sensor may be incorrectly installed. Happens a lot since the arm can be installed 2 ways. If that's the case, I'd fix that and then play with adjusting the headlights. Clockwise cranks them down.

Just adjust it a bit at a time and go for a short drive. Adjust accordingly. Mine were too low from the factory. Otherwise, I'm sure the dealership would do it for free if they have been like that since new.

go to a parking lot and find a building to reference and adjust the beams off a wall so it will be easier.

@OP Glad you were able to fix. Mind if I hijack...

Anyone have a dip in headlight coverage? The center coverage is lower then the outer coverage. Normal??? If not, can this be adjusted in a similar way?

See my elite PS skills below...

Mine was like this in Germany and remained the same after being shipped over.
