Is that blue and white Stoptech a factory option or did you paint it?

Those calipers look amazing. I love how they pop against the Alpine White.

What did you guys use to paint the rotor hats? It also looks like the paint minutely got on the rotor itself, as well as, covered all the rotor hat screws too.

That was a bit of a judgement call and compromise on our part. Because the brake kit was sent to us in used/rough condition the rotor hats did not look great. We have experimented with a number of coatings, but have found that rotor hats in particular are a very bad environment for paints and other finishes- the high temperature wears paint extremely quickly and makes it difficult to keep a finish on a hat for any decent length of time. Many brake kit manufacturers make anodized hats as a result.

Given our available options, we chose to use high temp black paint for the rotor hats. The appearance is obviously not as good as an anodized brake hat, but high temperature paint is the most durable finish that was available to us with some of the constraints given for the project.

The side skirts were from LTMW.

Project "Beyond OEM" is back for some new work. We teamed up with Fall-line Motorsports to offer the clinet a very unique option for his E90 M3

That would be sweet.

I have the pic of this car in front of the red barn as my background on my work desktop. So clean.
