For those who placed an order (Priority 1) after August 1st

Cool guys BMWNA told me they stop tracking it after it hits port, see again they never know what there talking about.

Von I hope you are on the boat. I think you are in transit to the port unless you dropped it at the port. Mine has said at the port waiting shipping vessel for last week.

Asif163 you just got to port,I thought you were there before me.

My CA is off tomorrow how can I check if I get on boat,to wait till CA comes in Thursday would just be more stress.

Bummer. Don't think I'll make it on this one then

. I didn't drop it off at the port. It was dropped off in Munich. Next ship leaves on the 14th...I better make that one.

Does the 1-800 # actually say "waiting for a vessel"?

Yes sir. It say you're vehicle is at the port waiting a shipping vessel.
As you know phone system is a little behind dealer. Dealer system is ahead of phone system call dealer and see what status you r in, I am at 193 I believe next step it goes to 197 or 198 which means boarded ship or something like that.

Thanks. There's still hope though! The ship leaves tomorrow so maybe I'll get in there last minute haha.

really?!?!?! ... i entered my VIN at the website, but says no record... I'm guessing its not going to update that fast. Let's hope we're all on it! I believe my car was at the port since last Thursday.

Well I talked to my CA and no update on his side so I'm probably not on it.

Mine is at the end "Your vehicle is in transit. Contact your BMW Center for more information." I'm going to go ahead and assume the tracking system at wallenius is slow to update and the car is on one of those ships!

Just spoke to my CA, his update shows my car still at the port. Maybe his update not as fast too =T. Hopefully I will get some good news later in the day.

For what it's worth, the WW website sucks!!! My car never showed up in their tracking information even though it was on the Patriot for 13 days. My car is now at the VPC, but the only way I knew that was from the info provided by my CA.

What info did you CA give you? Mine told me that all he sees is that the car has been sold and handed over from the Welt. He said the next best thing is to try and check the WW site.

Of course it still says "No Record" of my VIN.

Maybe b/c you are ED, it is a different process. But my CA sent me an e-mail from his system that showed the carrier (WW), name of the boat my car was on (Patriot), the day it left Bremerhaven, and the estimated date it would arrive at the port in the U.S.

Glad to hear. According to the dealer, my car is on the Tomar with an ETA of 10/14, but when I enter the VIN into the WW tracking site, the car does not show.
