If you have any form of coil-over suspension, this will not fit. The wheel/tire will hit the shock and spring.

It will work as long as you dont put wide tires in the front...
I suggest to get a staggered set up due to extra weight that you dont need. Plus if you are using 265 front it will look stretch on a 10.5 wheel... I like running tires that over lap a bit on the wheels to avoid wheel rub.... with the set up your looking for it will rub on turns... since all M3 are built differently some will only rub at full lock.
