Idling rough?

My engine shakes a little when warming up in the parking lot in the morning. It feels like someone kicking the car every 10-15 seconds. It disappear after 5 minutes. My mechanic said it is normal, anyone can confirm?

I personally love it when my beast does that; and yes, totally normal.

Me too. I wish it would keep that exhaust note too after it's warm.

I know... I feel like she becomes shy once she warms up. It is a beautiful sound; it's the best part of my day

Idle sensor. Take it in. Seems to be a normal issue.

Normal for the first several minutes after starting from cold. Car runs very rough. I also find that the DCT transmission does not easily engage at first -- you have to step harder on the gas pedal and the car seems to lurch into forward motion in manual mode.
