Thanks.

Lot of haters here for sure. Many times I found nails, screws, shit setup by my tires at gym, clubs, mall, shopping centers.

Shop said is too deep, sand and polish will not work. They gonna paint it.

I did wet sand 2000 and polish it was less noticeable but you still can see it clearly. Shop will respray it and is not gonna be cheap .

Sorry it happened to you too.

I was really mad at first, because they won't show me the tape and cops didn't really give a shit about it. But I thought about, at least my car didn't got rocked, stolen or on fire. I feel much better.

I didn't took a picture of my tire. Google "slashed tire" click images and you will see some pictures what slashed tire is.

Were you driving aggressive or cut someone of on the way to the bank? I would think someone needs a motive to do this.
I just hope the shop that is going to paint my car will do a great job.

I was driving normal, followed the speed limit 25MPH in a school zone. Didn't cut no one off, when I pull in the shopping center I was driving very slow looking for a safe parking stall. Motive I see here is, they saw a young asain guy driving a bmw. I mean just look at Hawaii craigslist "rants and raves" section you will see there are so many racism.

For example :

If you carry a big stick, sometimes you have to walk softly.
I always parked in the center, I never double park anywhere.

Man sorry to hear that bro. I also live in Honolulu and i will agree, too many haters.

Perhaps you should try Dr Color Chip first, ~$50 why not, and another quick pass of the buffer. I've seen great results (though not 100%) with it. It's certainly best to try the least invasive procedure first before resorting to repaint.

This saddens me. Good look with the repairs, I would freak the f*ck out if I caught the person in the act.

Why not? I'd rather take the least evasive approach first. Dr Color Chip worked great for me on damage than was larger than a stone chip.

Yeah, lotsa haters out there. Probably the same kind of peep that thinks Obama isn't American. Politicians playing up to their "base" and riling up the mobs so they can get their votes is not cool. I tend to park my car away from everyone else just in case.

ive fixed those before. I detail and have had ppl bring me their car like this.

So what i am telling you here is not professional job, nor do i do this for living. So if your a DIY and wana save a few bucks....

get a 2000,2500,3000 paper. touch up paint, toothpicks, fold the 3k paper in half. Using the edge of it open up the scratch a tiny bit. Your going to need to fill up the entire key with paint, using the tooth pick. Use the pick to make sure its even, and it gets all the way down and filled up.

your going to have to do this like your painting a car. fill it, let it dry for 3-4hrs. go back and try to fill in more. Sooner or later it will be filled in and the extra will cause a slight bump/ridge/etc.

than let the car sit over night. come back with the 2k paper, sand down so it is flat. 2500k paper, than 3k paper....

you should be able to polish out the rest with a porter cable or flex, etc

if you look on you tube you should be able to find a vid of this. which should really help.

I also know i didnt do the best job explaining things here as well.

Rule of thumb: Park as far away as possible from other people. The farther you are, the better. Plus, your car stands out more and looks really good since it's the only one in that area

People amaze me with their hate. Glad you got that fixed! DIY can be quite frustrating, and would've been hard with that scratch (for me at least).

Wow, it's like I'm noticing people talking about their cars getting keyed often lately. It's extremely lame how no one can help and now you have to pay for damages. :c
