Never been a fan of the matt look, but I can see the appeal. You don't have to spend as much effort detailing it as you do on clear coat finish. They can keep it. I'm sure there are more than 27 people who will dig it.

Did I miss the part where it was shown that this is an official factory car?

I like it, although I'm not crazy about the red brakes. That interior stitching is gorgeous.

You can achieve that awful looking finish by wrapping any color in matte black vinyl .

+1!

But just for kicks, why not give BMW $5K to make it officially ugly!

Can't wait to see the resale on these flat cars a few years down the road.

+ 1

All those pictures we see of chrome and gold cars from dubai are guess what, wrapped

I think if I was really into the matte finish, I would do the wrap, because it gives your paint extra protection, more choice of colors and you can always go back to original

I like the interior.

The red rear calipers look small by comparison. Not loving it!

A friend of mine came to me last year wanting me to paint his BMW motorcycle matte black.I've done extensive work on cars , bikes and believe it or not "show" tractors. I've shot lower fairings with a dulling agent in the clear coat to get that effect, but this would be this first time doing a whole bike. It killed me to do all of that prep only to stand back and watch it NOT shine
