Thoughts on this 2008 M3 for only 34,490 with 38k miles?

Was going to take a look, but dealer is pretty far away? Any thoughts on price.... mileage is really low for an 2008, but its been on there for awhile

Well the car is no longer available but I know that particular dealer sells a few lemon here and there. Ehhh
