Just curious, what was the main difference you felt compare to stock? More torque low end, mid or just at the top rpm's? I had giac stg2+ in my 335, and it was bad ass, best tune i ever had....

Can you customize the tune for a catless exhaust, ses light delete, intake, etc?

Don't have GIAC on my M3 but had Garrett himself flash all of my VW's. In the VW world they are regarded as the most aggressive tunes and I completely agree. I have driven other VW's with REVO and APR and they never compared to GIAC tuned cars. One of my VW's I bought even had a REVO tune by the previous owner and I paid Garrett to flash his tune over the REVO. When I am ready to have my M3 done I will be going with GIAC.

It's too bad they won't disable the O2 sensor. I'm assuming they don't have a high flow cat tune then.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

is GIAC a more moderate tune? Compared to Evolve OE and ESS? I was looking at all tunes for the bmw m3 e9x and it seems not many people go with GIAC even though GIAC is cheaper.

Yes it's the most conservative based on what I've read and heard.

Hey persian! And oh ok. I was just looking around at ecu tunes it seems that not many people go with GIAC i mean i essentially thought that all tunes made the same amount of power it was really the throttle response and what not that made the difference between tunes
