When using tape, be sure to put the tape all the way out to the edge of the spoiler, not just in the grooves(this applies to the side of spoiler sitting on top of trunk). For the part of the spoiler that makes contact with the lip of the trunk, you'll need to follow the groove, as there is only a small strip of where you can actually apply the tape. If you are going to use beta link, be extra careful and make sure to clean any smudges or smears ASAP.
going to fit mine soon and using tape does the tape go to the edge of the spoiler all the way round and how did you fit the spoiler once the tape was applied, eg did you apply the spoiler to the top of the lid first or the front of the lid, want to get it right first time as im sure once the tape touched the metal it will stick thanks in advance.

I actually went from edge to edge. U should definitely practice a few times before installing. Actually, if you use the bmw adhesive, it's probably an easier install. Just a little messier, that's all. The cleaner supplied w/the adhesive will take care of that tho. As for the tape sticking on contact, it does but it needs to sit for awhile before it actually bonds with the surface permanently i.e. if you immediately pull the spoiler off because of misaligned fitting, it'll still come off. Might lose some of the tackiness tho. Hope this helps.

Thanks moog55...your original pics inspired me. Really flows well with the lines of the car.

And thanks Evan, for the great service from Tischer!

Just a nobrainer on grey. I'm not so sure how I feel about it on white. Might look better painted.

Not to be a contrarian but I think this thing is hideous. Very ricey, too big, doesn't work with the cars lines. JMHO...

I really don't think they made these spoilers to fit the E93!
