Saw this on craigslist. I called the Dealership. They said they still have it its loaded. Unfortunatley it does have a moonroof. I am sure they will be negotiable. It has 800mi

That's funny, I was looking at that car. I just couldn't do black and they would not drop the price of the car to what I was willing to pay. They are asking waay too much for it. I ended getting mine from Pleasanton BMW for $52,500, its got everything that one has the minus the DCT and the 19" wheels.

You would think now that the 09's have been out for almost 6 mths, and the 2010's will be out in 6 more mths that they would get a clue and lower the price to what it is actually worth. No one will pay that amount now on an 08' they would be hosed $20K as soon as it was driven off the lot.

Of course BMW of Mt. View has a history of being a rip-off dealership in the 1st place

The trunk money on 08s expired, right?
Without the rebate, I doubt any dealer would be offloading it for mid to low 50s like we saw in Feb and especially March.

If so, they are going to have to auction it off, nobody in their right mine would pay that for on 08' with that many miles. We are half way into the 09' model year

I was talking to Marchel about a 08 M3 and one day he said he could show me 09s. I was like "no 09s. I want the 08 rebate" and he said the 08 was sold. I guess I know who bought it.
