Just google "anonymous proxy list" and modify your ie or firefox network settings with the proxy/port info you find on google, then simply register for a new account through any one of the anonymous email providers, e.g. gmail, yahoo, etc..

make sure to check your ip address before and after the modification to make sure it is different.. www.whatismyip.com

Man I can't believe nobody has figured this out. Create a throw-away gmail or hotmail account, compose email, click send, walk away. Or google for anonymous email and use one of the services listed. Don't worry about your IP address, they never be able to track it down anyhow as long as you don't do anything illegal, just don't send the email from your network at work.
