First attempt after breaking in the motor

Its been almost 4K miles since my VT3 build. I figured i should try a 60-130 run and see what the result would be.
Had a full tank of 93 octane and 1 shift !

Wow is that gears 3 and 4 on a 6MT? If so 3rd gears looks very strong. Looks like the shift took off a few tenths so 6's should be fairly easy to come by.

Edit: What were the temps? I presume fairly warm which likely affected the run significantly.

I had a full tank of gas and stuff in the trunk.
Its was very humid out too. It's my first run so I'm sure when temps and humidity drops I'll be in the 6s.

Very nice brother! Should be mid 6s without extra weight and some cooler/denser air coming in the fall.

Well said, good to see someone who gets it. This car is in the 6's for sure, I bet with cooler weather, excellent traction, and the ability to start in 2nd, he could hit mid 6's.
