Tire Recommendation 19x9.5 19x10.5

Hey,

Ordered a set of BC wheels that are specced 19x9.5et25 and 19x10.5 et25.
I'm thinking of buying Bridgestone POTENZA S-04 POLE POSITION tires since they seem about as good as PSS for a good chunk of change less. The car is lowered on BC coils and want no rubbing issues whatsoever. The size isn't a huge issue for me either if you recommend a 275/35 or a 285 or 295/30, whichever seems best.

I was just about to post a thread about the exact same thing on the exact same rim size!

I was thinking 275/30R19 and 295/30R19. Would these fit with no rubbing?

for DD purposes?

Conti DW gives a nice great comfort without sacrificing grip. PSS was out in that size when I was looking for some rubber. I thought about the Pole Positions, but I went weith Conti. They're surprisingly comfortable and quiet (when compared to my previous Mich AS3's).

go with 265/30/19 and 285/30/19. No rubbing on stock suspension.

Would 255/35/19 and 285/30/19 work? Or Would it be better if I went 265/30/19 in the front?

I ran 25 on 19x11s and did not rub with those tires except on really bad bumps.

Ends up its just part of the inner fender liner that needs to be trimmed back a bit. Easy to do in 2min with a razor blade and completely invisible unless the wheel is removed.

You should have no issues with a 275/30/19 and a 295/30/19 on the size and ET of the wheels you mentioned. It seems every car may be a little different so YMMV. My car is on the OEM ZCP suspension, and I have no rubbing with this size on a 19X10 and 19X11 ET 25 both front and wheel.

If it does rub, it is as Sered says. It would be just where the rear fascia and fender liner meet. You can leave it as is, and the rubbing would wear it down by itself or take a razor to it and shave it down a few mm.

I just ordered 285/30/19 rear tires, now I just need the front. Either going to go with 255/35 or 265/30 just in case.

Also, Will I need spacers on the rear? 19x10.5 ET25 285/30/19. I want it to be aggressive with 0 rubbing.

Do 265/30 in the front; they fit easy.

For 19x10.5 +25 in the rear on a 285 tire; you may want a 5mm spacer. FWIW, I ran a 19x11 +25 using 295 tires (half inch wider rim, so it sticks 1/4" further out than yours) and I was about as flush as I could get without getting nasty with the camber.

Garage List
on stock ZCP suspension, I have HRE P40 19x10.5 +25 with 295/30/19 Bridgestone S04's and they do not rub at all. They do look very close and might rub on a lowered car though.

We'll see. I'll either go with 255/35 or 265/30, whatever I end up finding.

Yeah my car is pretty low, so I went with the safe side of 285/30/19 PSS.
