Although you can repair carbon, you will want to paint over it once you do. You don't need anyone special to do it though. Any bodyshop should be able to do it. They will just fiberglass the repair area and then paint.

Up to you. You can have it repaired then have them just paint as little as possible along the edge of the repaired area and across the entire piece.

Like I said, any bodyshop. It's a simple fiberglass repair.

You probably just need to word things a bit differently. If you say the words "carbon fiber" it will likely scare some people off. It would be best to just go to your preferred place in person and explain the situation.

I can give you a number to a place I use if you'd rather do that but I assume you would rather use someone much closer to you.

TECH is right. The best you can do is repair it with fiberglass and paint it. Which is a DIY job in my opinion.

The last image I have shows the damage is already beyond only clear coat. If I want to keep the CF finish, can I just clear coat over it after wet sanding a little?

Guys, give Hero Motorsports a try (www.heromotorsports.net) and speak with Kevin. Tell him Amer from Eurotopia sent you. His shop has 25 years experience in auto body and he deals a lot with exotic cars and I'm sure he can fix CF.
