Sound at higher speeds

over 80 mph do you guys notice a louder low pitched rumbling noise? Like wind or maybe the drilled rotors? Just wondering if this is normal.

Yeah, ive got that too. I thought it might have been road noise with the wide tyres?

Happends to me too (after about 70 MPH). Mostly on the passenger side--sounds as if the door seal is not tight.

Above 80 mostly I just hear the sirens, but above 130, they soon fade.

Try this, 5th gear at around 2k rpm, in the city of course. I think that's the loudest the car will get!

I love the sound of the engine / exhaust in 5th / 2k RPM. It is intoxicating.

From 80 to 120 the car sounds really loud but around 125 the loudness decreases significantly, all I hare from there on are the wind breakage by the rear view mirrors that lasts until 150..

Anyone ever go to the dealer to see if this noise is normal? I've been driving the car for 8k miles even with the noise and nothing has broken yet. So I guess it is ok.
