Steps to be ticket-free:

(1) Open restaurant
(2) Send coupons for free meals & drinks to local police station(s)
(3) Make sure to introduce yourself and your car to them personally
(4) Continue to send periodic free coupons & enjoy being ticket free

This is very true. When I owned restaruant up in SB. I always gave 15% off to officers, firefighter, ect... And i was able to get away with warning or nice little chat with them. But not all the time since not every officer likes Japanese foods. And I swear to God that Fiona cop looks like she will only eat raw meat caught in the forest.

Okay im here at the shop and wheels to big for scale we have here

so i stood on the scale and held 18x10.5 and weight difference is about 19lbs. Definitely lighter than 20lbs. TE37 SL might be lighter by very few if not the same.

now i think about it HRE comp series are amazingly light for 19's.
