Taking a vacation

i have a chance to get away with the parents to the dominican republic, but im a young guy (24 yo) and i dont know how i feel about this. Should i go, is it gonna be a good time? any one been, experiences? im gonna spend new years there so im hesitant about it. Also, do alot of people (youngens of age

) do similar things.

PS we arent a family that takes many vacations, hence my reluctance/inexperience

I rather take a vacation with my e90 across the country.

I was there in 2005 for my honeymoon and did not like it, you can’t leave the resort because the streets are dangerous, dirty and a lot of the country itself is very poor. The resorts are all nice and fun but you will be stuck inside. I myself would pick Vegas. I was there on New Years and that was the place to be.
