WTB: Connecting Pipes

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
if ne1 of you has going spare the connecting pipes from stock muffler
(e.g. cut it for aftermarket muffler and later changed to full exhaust, or
changed to eisenmann connecting pipes, or...) -
I would be very interested in buying this (but shipping to Germany required)
so i do not have to cut mine...

I wanna mount eisenmann exhaust without cutting my connecting pipes
from stock muffler - so I'm looking fo ne1 who has cut his and don't need them anymore.
Eisenmann charged their connecting pipes in germany for 460 €, that's
about $625...

I don't think so - IMO it's a totally overcharged price.
I'm not willing to go this way...

Is your car a lease or are you wanting to return it to stock?

The only reason that I'm waiting for the connecting pipes is because i dont feel comfortable with any shop cutting my stock exhaust

Let's put it like this: I wanna leave the door open to return to stock.
But it's not that important for me that I shall accept this absurd price...

I would love to mount an X Pipe but it's not allowed in Germany and you
can get a lot of trouble by doing this. Same thing with deleting cats or
exhausts like eisenmann race so I've decided to go with eisenmann sport....

The X-pipe is a totally different experience. I had mine in and the sound is tremendous. You could try a resonated X-pipe from Hamann if you want. It should be quieter.
