Sucks but there are too many of the same people who work in sales... IMO A bad employee characterizes the same type of ignorance that can come from the boss/manager/company. Honestly, even with his harassing texts just walk away and be done with. I don't blame you for going to another dealer either; if he can't even suck up $50 on the order then he definitely isn't working hard enough to get your business.

I got a 328i from him last time. Wasn't a great experience, but wasn't a poor one either. But again I bought the car, and didn't back out. hahahha

Some of the SA are asshole. Bull shit all the time. They try to do everything to earn the deal. I have so much bad experience with the bmw sa. I got rejected for test driving m3 just because of I am young, wtf! IMHO i got most of the bad experience from bmw dealers, im totally not a hater of bmw but i cant deal with some of the SA.

to be fair, i did call bmw NA, AND Sonic Auto (the owner of the dealership) immediately after posting here to disclose the situation and Howie called me the week after apologizing for his behavior. I did accept his apology but regardless, he shouldn't have acted that way in the first place.
