I suppose PYSpeed will think you got good service since you didn't get 1 wheel at a time, every 2 weeks
What's sad is that their lack of replies (and the type of reply they give when they actually do respond) give off the impression to me that they don't care. Whether PYSpeed says they care or not (I'm sure they will say they do), the impression being given off certainly doesn't support that. |

A lot of bad press about them lately, they need to fix it quick. I've sent them a message requesting information and haven't heard in a week or so. whatevs, they don't want the business, then forget it.

Wheels Tracking Update!
So I checked USPS to track and see what's up with my wheels! Well one of the wheels made it to NJ and departed the sorting facility! The other three wheels are still somewhere in Anaheim CA. The funny thing is that it says expected delivery date 23 November 2012! Yeah sure, Also the TPMS I ordered with the wheels which were shipped by PYspeed and supposely priority still hasn't arrived and went thru the sorting facility in LA.
I wonder how long I need to wait to start a claim with my CC company for not receiving the Items?

I read through your thread, and agree with one of the earlier posters; you can call up your credit card company tell them that they misrepresented the shipping times as well as the cost and reject the purchase, especially after all this time. Pyspeed will be forced to take the wheels back and most likely have to pay for return shipping as your credit card company should back you as you are the customer and they don't care about Pyspeed. In the meantime, you should just order them elsewhere. I would have done this from square one if I paid for something and didn't receive it just based off principle. I would even make a bigger case after all the aggravation and now you were patient and still haven't gotten anything.

So I dont give a shit what anyone says, when you charge priority and ship parcel and to top it off play the blame game, you're douchy. Refund the difference.

It's sad when businesses lose sight of why they went into business in the first place "to sell great car products at great prices." A short cut here, an inflated margin there, and next thing you know it - you get several postings like this one.
This is even worse with car shops that do actual installations. There's this one shop near me that charges TAX on both the products it sells and labor. I've never heard anyone charging tax on labor before, products yes, but labor??? shame shame...

according to my stamps.com
parcel post package, total length not over 84 inches. 28LB price is 14.84-33.48. assuming each rim is box by 22x22x12 = total length 56 inches. to APO is the most expensive rate so it is 33.48 x 4 = 133.92 need to add tracking number + insurance = ~150 - 160 same package if ship by priority mail will be $19.1-$65.62 4 packages will be 262.48 + insurance = ~$300 |

priority mail to APO is 4-7 business days USPS does offer priority mail to APO and much faster vs parcel post tire rack probably has big discount on over size package. that is why they can give you very cheap shipping fee. my rate is actually a bit lower than standard rate already |

Even the prices on their website are insanely high. Not competitive at all to other sites with those exact same products. They must be high.
