***Feeler: Lease Assumption- 08 M3 VERT (E93)-563.00 PER MONTH***
Yes what you read in the title is correct So here's the deal. I've loved my M over the past year being here in Miami and I wouldn't have driven any other car (especially for that price!). I'm moving to Stamford, CT for work and since this is my only car for now I need to get into something bigger (thinking about the new 5) so sadly this car will have to go. Here are the details: -08 M3 Convertible- Jerez Black on Black w/ walnut trim -6 speed manual transmission -Premium package -Cold Weather Package -Park Distance Control - Ipod/USB hookup -Premium sound system - car was leased with 18's on it and I changed them out to OEM 19's which are currently on the car. Lease Details: 10k mi per year Current mileage is approx 9600 mi (The 19 inch tires I put on have about 5k miles on them). I will be using this car as my daily driver so actual mileage will vary accordingly but as you can tell I don't pile on the miles! Total allowed is approx 33600 mi. 20 months remaining on the lease so approx 1200 mi per month remaining ( you can purchase more miles through bmw) although this is probably plenty for most people. PAYMENT DETAILS: 5500.00 down payment to me- This is to cover my initial down payment and also the cost of the 19 oem rims and PS2 tires that I added (upfront cost has been updated due to overwhelming interest) MONTHLY PAYMENT: $563.25 +plus tax. This is one of the lowest if not the lowest monthly payments I have seen for an M3- let alone a convertible Current buyout: $54,156.73 (good through August 31, 2010) Assumption will be done officially through BMW Financial. There is a 500.00 application/assumption fee that BMW charges. Excellent condition inside and out. Car will be located in Stamford, CT as I am leaving Miami on July 27th. I am putting this up as a feeler as I know these things can take a month or two sometimes to finalize and I want to be able to be sure that I can get another car for myself in that time and finalize all those details. PICS (Please note: The first picture was taken yesterday and shows the car with the 19 inch rims on it that will come with it.) The previous pictures are older and show the 18's. I can get more pics on request in a couple of days after moving. Please PM me with interest/questions/comments. Thanks! Last edited by Khurram; 07-30-2010 at 03:54 PM.. |

Lots of interest early on which I kind of expected.
Just an FYI- this is a feeler for now as I need to get a new 5 series in my possession before I can let go of my M as it's my only car. Currently I am looking at about a months time or so before that happens (maybe longer, maybe less). But I wanted to put this out there as I know how these things can take time and sometimes fall through if the buyer is not approved or there are some other issues. Thanks for all your responses! Also at this rate the down payment is firm. |

Movers are coming tomorrow and I'm moving myself on Tuesday. The car is being transported up to CT not driven so no worries.
Things are going to be very hectic for me for the next 4-5 days so if I don't get back to everyones pms right away don't worry. I will reply when I can. Thanks again for all the interest. |

5500/20=275 month.... add that to the 563.00 and your effective price per month is 563.00+275=$838.00 a month for 20 months... Just another way to look at it and compare if the car was a straight takeover with no down... still much lower then most e93's

how is that haggling? its called doing the math genius like how dant335i mentioned. when i was shopping for the M, i did the math with my CA and it came out to be $820 with a BRAND new e93 custom built to my order. i would never suggest additional drive off expense. at most multiple security deposit. add in the $500 for lease assumption and the $350 disposal fee for the car when its returned (pray it doesnt have any damages), that supposedly $563 shoots up. so once again, do the math. fyi: this is not for me, its for me friend as i mentioned. i paid for my car in full since the MF was too high for my liking. |
