LC uses MDM to control wheel spin. Best regards, Maika

I know that if I launch by mashing the pedal to the floor (i.e. passed the detent), my car will lay down a patch of rubber whether I use LC or not. In fact the two types of launches feel pretty similar to me. So I wonder if this is only because I don't have ZTP? Of course MDM is just software so its not like the car could not be behaving in the same way for both non-ZTP and ZTP cars if they wanted it to. |

^ part of the reason to get ZTP - it is required to get MDM (in the US). I expect only MDM cars offer this "sporty" version of the full DSC/"nanny" mode. I am not surprised by your comment about excessive wheel spin. MDM is definitely worth the money both to control wheelspin when in drag like situations as well as to offer a bit more sport dynamic control in the corners, i.e. limited under/over steer.
