FS: Lease Takeover 2012 JB E92 M3 M-DCT/ZCP/ZPP
Listing my 2012 E92 M3 lease here to be taken over. The lease expires on 3/15/15, so ~11 months left. Monthly payment inclusive of all taxes and fees is $841.75. Current payoff is $50,682. Residual is $44,435. Allowed mileage is 36,000 (hence the lower payoff and residual amount), of which only 16,070 have been used. It's a 2012 Jerez Black E92 M3 with the M double-clutch transmission, competition package and premium package. For this model year, the premium package includes comfort access keyless entry, power rear sunshade, carbon leather interior trim, park distance control (rear), navigation and BMW assist w/ enhanced bluetooth and USB. Interior has black novillo leather. This model year has the anti-theft alarm as a standard option. Options not included are the cold weather package/heated front seats, moonroof (this car has the carbon fiber roof, as you can see in the included pictures) and enhanced premium sound. Add-ons, which you will get at no extra charge are: BavX LS3 blacked out angel eyes (cost ~$500 or so), painted reflectors, gloss black kidney grill/side gills and the black M3 badge. In the trunk are a set of RD Sport springs and OEM grill/side gills/reflectors. Looking to get out of my lease as I just bought a new car. As such, I'd like to move quickly with people for whom credit will not be an issue. Pictures attached. Thanks for your interest! |

I didn't think BMW allowed lease transfers when less than 12 months remain.

Seems BMW will not allow lease transfers within 6 months of the expiry date, so we're still ~5+ months outside of that timeframe.
As far as returning the car with the headlights, YMMV. I took to get inspected at BMW Beverly Hills and they didn't take any exception. Frankly, you could trade locally for an OEM set of headlights and pocket at least half of what I paid to have them put on. I'm a little too busy to coordinate (why I'm leaving them as is), but it's potentially an extra $250 whoever takes this over can pocket (separately from the grills/side gills/reflectors/RD Sport springs, which I'd imagine could net you another $250 if you part ways with them). |
