^ thought a lot of the reason was because of how he structured his businesses and how his personal money was not tied into his corporation.

Nope. He is an evil mofo. He has taken out billion dollar loans for construction projects that have gone belly up. When the bank wants their loan settled, he basically tells them no and to give him another loan. If they try to not give him another loan he threatens to not repay the first loan, which essentially will collapse the bank. So they are forced to give him another loan and hope the next project will yield enough profit to pay back both loans. Or he just files bankruptcy, and the banks get fucked.

He also saves his own ass by filing business bankruptcies, and creditors are afraid to sue him. Which leaves his personal wealth protected.

I know Trump has filed for bankruptcy several times in the past and don't really know the details, but I'm not sure how the situation you described can be right. First of all, why would a bank lend so much capital to one borrower that a default would bankrupt the bank? Unless they are idiots with no risk management practices at all, this would be impossible. Second, construction loans are collateralized by the development, so if someone were to default, the bank would just seize the asset and liquidate to recover some of their losses. This happens all the time. Again I really don't know anything about Trump's bankruptcies, so maybe you are right, but seems extremely far fetched.

Because he is Donald Trump. Imagine the doors it opens by capitalizing one of his successful projects.

Let's say the bank does seize the assets on one of the projects. With so much riding on marketing his name on the final project, don't you think the bank would just see it as another heap of rubble without the name Trump?

Eye one stays in the medical bag. Rice stays on the rice paddle. Ass paddle stays in the drawer next to the bed.

Good, maybe people will wake up! We are BROKE! The left doesn't want to stop spending or compromise. Here is the funniest part - the controversial Ryan spending plan cuts would take 21 YEARS to balance the budget!!

I'm more interested in what type of budget gets passed and it's impact on future federal jobs. I actually am interested in applying for a specific position with the government, one that they were saying they will have a huge demand for over the next few years, but with the political grandstanding on both sides going on right now who knows how it could affect the future job postings...

I care for the simple reason that my ex wife told both the kids she could not give the fnatastic sum of $250.month that she gives them for college/school expenses, she a RN at a VA hospital and is not going to get cut, as a result and it has not even happened. I now get to pay 99% instead of 95% of their expenses for college and trade school.

As a side note not only govt employees are enjoying less income, I'm sefl employed in IT and my billable rate is down 40% from 2001-2002 due to having to compete with out sourced off shore players. Now granted I'm grateful it's down 40% as I know of lots of people same business who are chronically out of work.
