I updated my 2010 navi maps in my 2011 M3 to the 2012 Premium maps found on this thread. Im not sure if this has anything to do with the updates, but I used my NAVI twice this weekend and it took me the wrong way to both places.
For example, one place was along a highway, but the only way to get to it was to get off the highway loop around. My NAVI told me I reached my destination while going 80MPH and passing it! It did the same thing for the next stop! It wanted to to offroad thru some bushes and a fence to get there instead of getting off the next exit (or prior) and driving to it on the side streets as you would normally. Sucks! |

Ok, what I figured out, sorry if this has been posted already, didn't want to re-read all the pages:
if you have a 32gb thumb drive, make three folders: disk1,disk2,disk3 and copy the contents of the iso there. from dos: cd to the usb drive: move disk1/config.nfm move disk1/pkgdb this should quickly move the content of the folder to the root when done with disk one, move them back move config.nfm disk1\ move pkgdb disk1\ cd root of usb drive move disk2/config.nfm move disk2/pkgdb rinse and repeat. I am not sure why but them mac seems to copy the files rather than just update the fat pointers as dos window or explorer does under windows. Anyway, this will let you stage all the disks and it takes about 2 minutes to prep for the next one ... disk3 is waiting.... rob |

Hi guys. Newb here. Just picked up an 09 E92 335i. Tried the DL link but not working. Anyone have the files or DVD available. Will send beer money your way. Will also email Sergej once I have the DVDs. SF Bay Area for local transactions would be great.
Thanks from a newb. Andrew |
