Can't stand fox red but that's just me. And since I don't tend to keep cars very long I wouldn't want a color (either interior of exterior) that appeals only to small subset of buyers.

Mineral white and fox red is awesome combo, good choice. Assume you've already seen it in person but if not you definitely won't be disappointed.

I'm glad I got a mineral white with black on black interior. I found an online article that said white was the safest color for cars. I like white for a lot of reasons including: looks cleaner when it's dirty or scratched paint, less flashy and draws less attention, it's easier to see the beautiful curves and BMW styling.
Black/black interior is classier. Red interior draws too much attention away from the rest of the car. Some people like red interior and some people hate it. But everyone likes black on black to some extent. You could go for a more exotic look or you could play it safe with white/bb. I got the car used and would have opted for carbon fiber interior trim.
