Looks great Chris!!
I find this set up to be perfect on the track with the supercharger. Feels very balanced. This is the first car I've felt comfortable driving with all traction control off around the track.

I've never driven or driven in a supercharged car before, only turbos and some fast ones at that. Completely different experience, it just feels like stock... But faster. I haven't taken it round many corners yet but with the 305's on the back it puts it down in a straight line just fine. Doesn't feel schwermish at all. Foot flat round a corner is going to oversteer but no more than it would have before. They've also done a great job with the tune, power delivery is absolutely liner and very predictable. So feels very much like stock + |

Where and when? Or is it a private 'under the radar' one?

Well kicked out isn't exactly right... I chose not to partake, given some options I was presented.
First some good news, made the cover of the BMW Magazine UK, ipad version out now. In store soon. RaceWars Last edited by Morally Gray; 04-15-2014 at 04:15 AM.. |

In summary 'allegedly' a car that looks a lot like mine did a very small power slide in town, one of the volunteers was a little too keen on letting the police know all about it and actually lead them to my car, which was parked in a very private place.
I explained the situation in that nothing happened, they didn't give me a fine, a sticker or even breathalyse me. But they strong armed the organises and basically said if I run they'll pursue me.. if I don't they won’t as that's "justice enough". Then two undercover cops approached me to talk about the car asking about what happened the night before. The story got bigger and bigger and by the time I heard rumours I had done some massive burn out like I was driving VT commodore. So basically I was treated guilty as I couldn't prove I was innocent. One of the directors is a close personal friend and I respect him enough to not run given I knew they were just talking shit and would have gladly had them charge me if they had anything. Anyway.. we had a great day Saturday and be back bigger and faster next year. |

It was a beat up that's for sure, they were also handing out yellows to cars on the way up. So much for supporting mortosport enthusiest, just think of how much dosh we injected into that hick town.
Won more than I lost which is always nice.. I think there might be just a few ponies still hiding in there somewhere. I'll keep looking. |

A good mate sourced it from a part number I obtained. I actually tried to get another as this one has a slight scratch... you've got more chance of catching a leprechaun riding a unicorn, holding a four leaf clover at the end of a rainbow unfortunately. |

A lot of places stock the OEM CF parts. (there's a full kit, front and back)

Process for RHD 1) find a vin of a special edition Aus delivered car with the cf console (can only order with the vin) 2) find the part numbers for the pieces 3) forget about step 1 and 2 as the RHD console and the RHD dash vent piece is no longer in production. Your only shot is to find something non OEM and I haven't come across any. |
