Maybe not, but there's been some stock P-cars black flagged recently there. Better safe than driving near a thousand miles and be told no-go.

Convoy starts at 7:45 tomorrow morning!! Woohoo!

i agree with what you are saying but those track rules are stupid. what is the db limit? is it a week day only thing and allow weekends to be higher.

I think that's cuz they lowered the limit from 95db to 92db and when it's overcast, clouldy, and/or foggy the car will be louder. That's why I'm heading out there for the Speed Venture event that has a 105db limit.

95 or 92 seems way to low.

Laguna Seca seems way cool though. Worth the hassle I think.

Great weekend in perspective before OFest. We'll get there Sat night, hit RM Auctions and then head to Pebble Beach on Sunday for the concours :-)

Ok, walking around Cannery Row for dinner with Frenchboy (Nicolas) in Monterey this evening, and amongst all the exotic cars (they are everywhere down here), we saw some new unreleased cars.. like the new Corvette Stingray, the new AM Vantage R, the Audi RS7, and the new Maserati Quattroporte. Then sat down to dinner and Stephan Winkelmann, the CEO of Lamborghini, sits down at the next table.

Tomorrow morning, Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.... Livin' the dream.

Okay, I am a little late for posting videos of my runs but here they are. I had such a great time at O'Fest and Laguna Seca that these make me feel all nostalgic. Awesome event and incredible track.

Both videos start with me following another E90 M3. It belongs to this super nice guy (John I believe) who shipped his car from NC. Pretty cool. Very good driver and it was nice to duke it out with him.

Enjoy

Great vid. You must be in the A group with the passing in some tight sections.
