I'm quoting my own post for a reason…14 posts.

People sometimes join just to sell stuff, I get that. But this is a community. So noobs have not contributed to the community yet want to benefit from it. There is no incentive to uphold a positive reputation.

I appreciate you bringing it up. But no one gets any sympathy from me when this happens. There are very obvious red flags.

This goes for buyers and sellers.

Banning or "alerting" does nothing (create new names in minutes). The solution is to STOP sending money via direct transfers without protection.

Until then, the BST is risk free easy money.

Well said I still don't know why people send $$$ like that not using PayPal just to save 40 or 50 buck on fees but I rather pay the fee and have my money back in case something happens

As a seller, you get these people that file claims with PayPal. So at a minimum, your funds get tied up and you have to spend time trying to make your case to PayPal which usually just fails or is so painful that it's not even worth it.

As a seller, I check buyers. I'll refuse a sale if it's a noob and I have.

Most of the time, it's a pleasant experience. Someone else is happy and you're happy. That's my goal. It's just a few d*ckheads that make life harder for everyone.

100% I've bought and sold a lot and I check everyone's itrader and general post history if they're new. I take pride in being honest and thoughtful seller and a no drama buyer.
