Somebody should PM Tony Kanaan. He'd kick butt, and surely would make good TV . Only question is if he thinks the coast-to-coast travel would justify the PR exposure. Doubt it, since he already appeared on Speed in 'Supercars Exposed' . And yes, somebody needs to find out if it's just E90s, or E9x.

This desperately calls for a supercharged E90 M3 (Jonmartin) or a RDSport stroked M3 (PencilGeek).

Do they allow modded cars? If not, you're in business . Well, seems like you'd have to be good at writing too, but doesn't hurt to try. Take care.

Just don't mention the license.

And you know the driver is WAY more important than the car on a track.
And there are vids showing the M3 is faster than an RS4 stock against stock.

Shoot them an e-mail.

Wheel to wheel racing on a track and no explicit racing experience or racing licence requirements? You sure you want to loan your car PG? Even if KINGLEH were to drive your car, you don't know who'll be in the other seats. My 2 cents...

I doubt it will be wheel to wheel, more like a comparison of timed laps.

The solicitation states:

"Official drag race. Timed Lap. Wheel to wheel on the road course. Three events. One winner."

Sounds like 3 different events and one of them is wheel to wheel racing on a road course--in addition to timed lap.

Right you are. I think I know who is behind this show, I just emailed him to see if it is his thing and if so what the deal is.

No way in hell I'd put my car up in a wheel to wheel race with some stranger for nothing more than a kiss and a thank you if there's a wreck.

My bad on the spelling error - I was running late for work! This competition seems very interesting though, will definately get a lot of publicity.

I'd volunteer my car as well, it's in LA and available on the 29th. I won't be there though so I'd have to ask a friend to drive for me.

Considering how sticky slaughters stock C63s, I cannot see a better bolt-on M3 than his.

Sticky FTW!!!
