E93 Dealer Allocations

I've seen one post on the general M3 forum where a dealer apparently already has an M3 cabrio allocation (not sure if this was for US or Canada). Has anyone else heard about US dealer allocations for the cabrio?

there are no cabrio allocations yet in the US.
