Chuckwalla - Feb 25 and 26

February 25
Hosted by the track org: http://www.starcarsports.com/events
$200, attendance was really light at the event I went to in January, and was two groups, 30 minute sessions each so LOTS of track time

February 26
Hosted by Raceline USA: http://racelineusa.com/opentrack/febuary_26th_2012.html
$150, though looks like a more standard 4-5 20 minute sessions

I know the 26th is CCW and I believe the 25th is as well.

I am still debating trying to fit in one or both of these days. Anyone planning on going?

You should go on the 25th, and then do auto club on the 26th!

Did Chuckwalla with Raceline back in September of last year and they ran CCW.

Star Car Sports (owned by the Chuckwalla track owner) seems to do CW (as they did in January).

This track is so fun that both configurations are equally enjoyable.

Can't beat $150!

Ryan, if you do both days, you'd have to pitch a tent near the track.

Or, obviously, drive back to Indio somewhere on Saturday night and drive back out there on Sunday morning.

Maybe, but Auto Club days seem a lot more common, and I like Chuckwalla more than I did Auto Club (and the track is safer). Plus it is nice to do back-to-back days at the same track to really improve

I thought someone said that even Star Car alternates each month, but I could be wrong. If they are doing CW then I am even more interested in Sat since I am familiar with that configuration.

Haha my plan would be to do the latter It's not that far from Indio, so I would consider possibly staying in a hotel both Fri and Sat night. Better than driving all the way home and back again!

Could be right. The January Chuckwalla event was the only Start Car Sports event I did.
