Seca Exhaust System - Have you heard of them?

Hi,

Sooo just came off the phone with a UK company called Scuderia Systems. I called about Mod ideas and they tell me to put on a Seca Sports Exhaust.

Ive not heard of them before and apparently it is a growing company in the UK - Seca is an Italian company.

Take a look here - http://scuderiasystems.com/Products/...BMW-M3_243.htm

The really helpful guy told me this is all I need to transform the sound of my M3.

Price - £1908.00 inc Vat.

Can you guys help me please.....

What system should I be putting on my car?

I like the idea of an Akrapovic system but I don't know how much they are?? Do you know??

Haven't heard of or seen any M3s running a Seca, but I can tell you they're a popular choice amongst Ferrari enthusiasts, from 360s to F50s.

Try doing a search for "exhaust review" and read through some threads. Different exhausts produce different results. Some sound high-pitched and exotic, while others have a deeper tone. Decide for yourself what tone you prefer and do your research based on that. YouTube vids never do the sound justice, but they can help narrow down your choices.

The Akra is a fantastic system, great build quality, and if you go with the full Evo system, you save a bunch of weight and gain a healthy amount of power. It's expensive, but nobody seems to care how much they paid after their first post-install WOT run. The ONLY gripe I've ever read in regards to the Akra is that, for some, it's too quiet.

Check out Eisenmann and Meisterschaft as well, two other popular choices.

I got the Tubi Style Rumore. Yes, there are a couple shots and vids on YouTube. I now have the Challenge Sport X pipe and like it even more. The tone has stayed exotic and risen in pitch!
