Dissappointed with ESS customer service.
I've tried contacting ESS for the past 3 days and they have not answered the phone once or returned a call. I've called 15+ times. Looking for info on their tune for my supercharger. Very frustrating.

That's sad. I've always had good customer service from them. I called them last week I think

Usually super helpful and quick to answer phone, maybe something weird was going on. Just hit em up monday.
They also answer email and facebook MSG quick as well.

I've had a great responce from them and I have had a responce that was delayed a couple days (but, i think was a weekend).
