Sorry, 380 mm Brembo will not hurt OEM wheels 359 style??? Right? Or will need to use spacers?

If it's for looks, then the 380mm wins hands down.

Don't forget that the dust shield needs trimming for the 380mm, where as the 345mm fits straight in.

You do not need spacers with the OEM 359 19" wheel.

380mm is not needed for the rear and it will cost you more to replace pads and rotors for no other reason then looks. Depends on your goals.

Stop tech actually advises (through materials located on its website) that, in terms of performance, really only a front BBK is needed as the majority of the stopping power in our cars is in the front. While not directly on point, this informs as to what is actually necessary in terms of the rear brakes. In other words, if you want to get a rear BBK, 345mm will be more than enough. If you want show, we'll that's up to you.

Won't a 380mm rear make your fronts not work as hard and thus last longer?

Personally, I would only consider getting the 380mm rear if the calipers and pads were the same for both axles. In this case they are not so I'd go with the tiny looking 345mm kit.
