winter tires

I am about to pull the trigger on a 09 E90 M3. I was told by my SA that I could fit my current set of 17" winter wheels that I used for my 335 coupe. I want to see if there are anybody out there that can confirm that a 17" wheel will fit. I just find it hard to believe.

I dont think that would work, it wouldn't clear the brakes.

Agree with this. You will need to go to an 18" wheel. I use the OEM 18s for my winter setup and they were great throughout last winter.

I agree, but it might just barely work. You've already got the wheels and tires so just try it when the car comes in. There are almost always plenty of new car take-off 18s for sell here on the forum. That's what I did.

17" won't clear the brakes.
