We're too early into the lease to make it worth wile to sell it. It would cost us too much to get out of it. I hate to see it go too. But on the bright side.... giving up the M3 is great leverage to get something awesome when the lease on the 335 is up.

Definitely still want to do a BBQ this summer. We also need to come up with an event to have an excuse to hire Bro Dog. Haha

Got my car serviced today. Ready for tomorrow. I agree with leaving early to avoid increasing our chances with parking behind the other building.
