Obviously, is doesn't compare with the GT40 in that regard, but GT values have not depreciated. Many are worth more now than original list price.

Gotcha! Some people would favor having a unique car as such even if the cost associated doesn't make sense to the rest of us. It really just comes down to preference at the end of the day.
