E-brake weak/doesn't engage?

So today as normal I was gonna take the M out to go to a family friends' house.... So I back it up and stop in the driveway and wait for my family to come out of the house. (Our driveway is sloped but not a ridiculous slope)

Usually when I wash it in a driveway it is fine and I engage the e-brake and walk away. This time I engage it, and I hear the infamous brake squeal and it won't stay in-place.

So I take it to level ground and engage the brake and give it a tinsy amount of gas and it seems kind of weak.

I tried everything...I turned it off, pumped the brakes. Drove around a little to see and I can't seem to figure out what the problem is.

Can anyone help for any solutions? I'm still under warranty, will they fix this?

Thanks a lot guys! Love the fact that I can ask some cool guys for some help on this forum.
