Software Version of M3
Is there any way to check what the current software version of my car is? I took it to the dealership yesterday and they say they updated my software to the latest version - but I would like to check what is actually loaded.
Can someone then also confirm what the latest software version is? |

The dealership in Turkey refuses to update the software version even if the car is under warranty.
Reason is: in case the ecu of the updated software gets burnt (that's how we say it), warranty does not replace it. So updating software is only available when we accept to pay in case sh*t happens...

The dealer did not have any issue updating my software, they just requested auth from BMW Motorplan. Within about an hour they got the go-aheadvand then updated the software. I have a 2012, so I have not noticed any diffirence to my car, maybe my software was not that old.
