Car wash in Yorkville area? (Toronto)

A touchless car wash near my house leaves water spots and a hand-wash in Hazelton Lanes garage leaves swirlmarks and small scratches on clearcoat, and do not get brake dust out of wheels. Can anyone recommend a good car wash in Yorkville/Annex area? Also, how much a good car wash would charge? I'm paying $40 for just wash, but the results suck - is it just a bad place or am I a fool for expecting any better for $40?

$40 for a hand wash is a steep IMO.
There is a place near Yonge and Eglinton that I use and they only charge $20-$25, they do a pretty good job.

I'm at Bloor and Mnt Pleasant, my building has a wash bay if you need to use it.
