Question:
Can a cop give you a ticket for something he didnt see you do?

I got pulled over last night because the cop heard tire chirps in the parking structure and he pulled me over when I was pulling out the exit but didn't see me do it (cold weather+slippery surface+new cheap korean tires=easy chirps)

it's going to be his word against yours when you go to court, but IMO, it's worth fighting

I believe it's similar to 3D Design. I'll be the first to admit, it's a knock off of something for sure but at the price I want to sell at and if it fits well enough who cares right?
