2 tips...
If you plan to pay off the car early, I would consider USAA if you have to have really good credit. Just sayin'...Oregon is a great state to be a resident of.

BTW, To all members trying to come overseas, especially in Germany; USAA's insurance rates SKYrocket. They wanted 335 a month for me at age 23/24 for my e46 m3... I went to Pentagons insurance company and I paid 145 a month.
Pentagon is your one stop SHOP! Now with my e92 at age 24/25 I pay 114 euro a month..

You have to remember WHY the rates go up. It's not a reflection of you as a driver, but rather the RETARDED high minimums Germany requires. I, for one, would rather pay the extra to a first rate company like USAA that I KNOW I'm not going to have to worry about in case of an accident.
You're buying an M3, don't half-ass the insurance. I'm not saying that the insurance Pentagon affiliates with is bad, just that I'm not willing to take the risk. |

I was messing around with some long exposure night shots the other day at the house. Couldn't get the light just right but I'll throw one up when I get home today. 2 tanks of gas in the last four days lol, can't get out of that car

Oh I know, been here going on 5 1/2 years so far. And another extension coming this summer! AAFES sucks but thats life and we cruise the A-bahn every day. I can't wait for summer and the meets to start. Took a cruise down to Lumma on monday. They are shut down right now building a new showroom. But I got the guy to open the door and let me peek around. Gonna look nice when it is done. no M3 stuff yet though

Ian, Donovan's a good guy. Actually, everyone I met in M-Flight is cool. Easily one of the most relaxed, diverse clubs I've been a part of. I'm going to miss the meets and drives.

Ex army medic. 96-02. Used pentagon federal union for financing but never used military sales to purchase vehicle. Did not have the money or income back then.

Got mine while stationed in 5th Fleet (desert) and used First Choice. You had to be deployed and show proof and whatnot, but I saved about $10,000 on the car, and about another $8000 in taxes. Highly recommended if you fit the criteria. PM me for details if you're interested.

Picked up a 335i from Cars International in Stuttgart, M3 from Pentagon and a 335d from Bavarian. Honestly, none are better than the other and you need to shop around. Pentagon gave me a better price on my trade in (335i) the day I was signing the purchase order for the M3. Two weeks before that, Bavarian was giving me the best price. Pentagon couldn't touch the price from Bavarian on the 335d & Bavarian included the first service & a detail if I want. You wouldn't do yourself justice if you only shopped @ Pentagon.

That depends on what you want to do. Go out, sight seeing. Perkins park was pretty crazy last night. Heck even that Hilton chic was at the penthouse club here on Friday.
