Good idea. We need to get one person for each Toys 'R Us in the country that way we can restrict the supply and drive up the price.

No no! Not video game consoles. Something small. That people buy for their children. Maybe something aimed for 3-10yr olds. Old enough to whine about wanting one but still young enough to be cute and make parents do crazy shit for it. More like furbys back in the day.

I typically only make big purchases after doing a lot of looking around for best deals. Idk if it was a deal of a lifetime (that would be buying a new in box KitchenAid SS french door fridge for $700 @ Lowes) but when I looked at prices other places, it was a pretty good deal. 4.5cu LG steam washer + 7.3cu gas dryer for $1100 at hhg vs other retailers coming out around $300-400 higher. Guy didn't bother trying to sell me accessories (it's a W&D not much to add on w/those). Did start talking about warranty and I declined. No other hassles. Maybe I'm the exception.

not the except, just something that happens if you're smart.

You can get good deals at places if you do it correctly.... it's the reason why black friday sales are also populated by intelligent people. On the big ticket items, lots of times the places are losing a little money....as a tactic to get people in.
But if you're smart and don't buy anything else, then you're getting a damn good deal.

I'll probably be at Metro Park buying some t-shirts and shit. 40% off the entire store midnight till five.

If anybody sees some online deals for logitech z-3200 (2300?) computer speakers, lemme know. Same for coffee pots lol.

In all seriousness, here's a couple good sites that aggregate black Friday deals:

No. But I love t-shirts, jeans, and hoodies.

They carry brands that I like. So if I can push people and get a whole bunch of shit that I'd have probably bought anyway for 40% off, fuck yeah.

I'm not the kind of person to buy shit for the fuck of buying shit just because its on sale.

In terms of what i've bought/looked for so far..

Toys R Us is having buy one get one for $5 on videogames. Not all of them but a surprising amount of big name titles qualify, like Fable 3 and CoD: Black Ops.

Kmart is selling mass effect 2 for 10 bucks on black friday, 20 bucks regularly. Great game. They're also having other good deals like 20 bucks off Battlefield BC2, and several other games.. I also saw a commercial advertising that kmart has $98 HD flat-screen tv's, not like 19" ones either.. no-name brand of course.

While I normally have little love for best buy, i got a point and shoot digital camera there, 130 bucks plus 17 bucks replacement plan, sears had 180 for the same camera, amazon had 130 but no option for a replacement plan (my gf WILL drop it), MSRP 210. They're also selling many big-name games (and not so big-name ones too) for 35 bucks. Also, with any camera purchase you get a free 20 page, hardcover photo book (nice scrapbook that's customizable, courtesy of shutterfly.com, you pick your theme and pictures), which is sorta nice since its 30 bucks normally and can be an easy way to give someone more stuff for free.

good luck and watch your car for dings at the mall parking lots

Edit: oh yeah. target has an LCD 40 inch tv (yes, fancy LCD) for 300 bucks, while walmart has a 42 inch LCD for 550 (probably a better brand). too bad i'm looking for 26" for a bedroom haha

You lose. Picked up a TomTom 350TM(lifetime maps and traffic updates) for $99.00. Regularly $229.00. At Bestbuy

Oh and just cuz I had to I got The Hangover on bluray for $12.

One of the better deals I saw was a Wii bundle. Wii console and Sports Resort with the extra sensitivity controler for $169.00

Couple good TV prices(dont need) and a few good bluray player prices(sub $100) for better brandss like panny, lg, sony. Not just that BestBuy Dynex crap.

I went to Banana republic for Black Friday....50% off everything.. I have a friend that works there as well so it was another 30% (or was it 25%, cannot recall) after the 50% off....

I think the 50% off was a fairly good deal~..Usually year long i get coupans for 25-30% off and once in awhile 40% off..

How much was the Mobil 1? I stocked up on them whenever Costco has their deal. I believe $25 for 6 quarts.
