So i figured why not start a thread with the cars you have owned that led you to your E92/E90...
If it has been discussed already well then i'm sorry...
So I am 27 years old and got my license at 16.
Here is the list of cars i owned/leased that led me to my soon to come E92.
1. 1995 - Ford Mustang GT 1995 Yellow
2. 1996 - Acura Integra GSR 1996 Silver
3. 1997 - Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited v8 1996 White
4. 1998 - Honda Prelude SH 1998 Silver
5. 2001 - Volvo C70 High Pressure Turbo 1999 Black
6. 2003 - Volvo S60 T5 2004 Black
7. 2005 - Infiniti M45 Sport 2006 Umbria gray or Millenium Bronze in Canada.
8. 2006 - BMW 335i Coupe 2007 Alpine White ( Arriving January 07')

All my cars have been a Manual Transmission except for the Grand Cherokee and the Infiniti m45.

And I currently own a 1966 Chrysler Windsor Convertible. Black on Black.
My summer weekend ride and i just love it...

Let's see
First I used to drive my pop's old 1990 Toyota pickup, learned on that it was a 4spd hahah. Drove it till the engine died.
2003-First car I bought was a 1997 Runner that got stolen after a drunken night
2004- '04 GTI, had fun with that for about 8 or 9 months
2005- 2006 A3 kept for about a year or so, nice step up from the GTI
2006- Ordered my 335i but wont get it until March next year, can't wait to feel the difference from the Audi

As you can see I think I have a problem keeping cars. I should probably think about a lease!

1. 2001- VW golf IV 2001 (still serving)
2. 2002- Nissan quest 2002 (traded in)
3. 2004- Volvo s80 T6 2004 (still serving)
4. 2005- BMW e90 2006 (still serving)

I like to keep cars, so I hardly sell them out.

1) 1995 - 1989 Chevy Cavalier (bright red...ah, the chick magnet...haha)
2) 1997 - 1983 Chevy Cavalier (Rusted two-tone blue with a leaky moonroof)
3) 1997 - 1989 Chevy S-10 longbed (Sewage Yellow but left front fender was a red trailblazer...upgrade!)
4) 1999 - 1989 Saab 9000Turbo (The softest Gray leather ever!)
5) 2001 - 1998 Honda Prelude (Gotta love the Eucalyptus Green Pearl paint...Just beautiful...Will sorely miss my baby)
6) April 2007 - 335 coupe (Currently space gray, but still have plenty of time to change to Blue...ahhhh, decisions decisions!)

1998 Honda Prelude SH was truly an amazing car.
And handled soooo well...

2002 Camry LE- drove it for about 2 years (still drive it from time to time)
1987 325i- got it from my uncle. He got a 6 series and the car's been sitting around for a while so he gave it to me. That was how I got into BMW. Amazing car!!
2006 330i- my first new bimmer. Love it!!
